Thank you for posting this. Removing things that are no longer needed in your life is both empowering and uplifting. It’s been a regular practice throughout my life. Taking stock of what you have makes you think twice about what you want or need. I find that we often want more, but need less than we think! By clearing the clutter, it helps to clear the mind. I hope this resonates in and out of the studio!

I agree with you totally Cindy!
I did yoga before too and it’s simply how you do it I believe. It’s a contemporary society and we Christians need to work with the societal trend and advancement but sustaining our faith! I believe God has given us the wisdom to do a lot of things with free will!

i love yoga. some of those people who disdain yoga should try it. once they find out how great it makes you feel, they might like it! it is easy to criticize things you don’t understand and have only judged on the surface level. yoga is simply a physical activity to me. i worship Jesus, so i do whatever i do to glorify Him, not some Hindu gods! but, then again, each christian has his or her own personal convictions. i do not drink alcohol because i was once an alcoholic. i guess each person has to decide these matter for herself!

thanks for the kind comment, it’s easy to be easy on ourselves and harsh on the others, i keep on reminding we all should be easier and more flexible and the world could become a better one to live?!

that is wonderful. i agree with you that we all deserve a chance to be evaluated for our ability and not just based on what a piece of paper says about us.
great story!! and i like you point about simon peter. simon could never have even become peter is Jesus hadn’t given Him a chance!
